Buy the StarCraft Soundtrack
You can now find the StarCraft I soundtrack on iTunes! You can enjoy some StarCraft tunes even when not playing the game, just head over to the Blizzard iTunes page.

IRVINE, Calif. -- Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. today announced that a wide selection of music from its popular games has been added to the iTunes store. Much of this music was originally available only in collector's editions of the games, or at special events such as the company's BlizzCon® gaming convention. Six Blizzard Entertainment® soundtrack albums are currently available:

A friend of mine wanted to have the music from Wc3, the music from cinematics to be precise (too bad, he could export the rest of it himself).

I've been hoping for ages that Blizzard would release the music to the original Starcraft as a CD, and this is probably the next best thing. The files don't seem to be encrypted either, so I was easily able to convert them to MP3s to use in my Sony HD5 MP3 player.

As a rule, if you can play it, it's easy to convert to mp3s =)

I downloaded it a while back. (A) I find it one of the most atmospheric soundtracks out there.
